Scholarships
At ITR the intellectual relationship between student and supervisor is really open and free - Dr Wei Xiang, lecturer, University of Southern Queensland
UniSA offers over 100 tax-free research scholarships each year. In addition to the Australian Postgraduate Award and UniSA postgraduate awards, we offer top-up research scholarships of over $6,000 per annum to PhD students.

International applicants may also be eligible for:
- IPRS (International Postgraduate Research Scholarship)
- UPS (University President’s Scholarship)
APA(I) or AutoCRC scholarship as detailed above. However, we strongly encourage you to apply for a UPS to cover the tuition fees.
The closing date for International applicants is the 31st of August.
