Work experience opportunities
Each year ITR considers applications for work experience from local and national undergraduate university students. Placements for work experience are generally offered for periods of up to 20 weeks from July to November for Flinders University students OR up to 12 weeks from December to February for other students.
You must apply by:
- 30 May each year for Flinders University Industrial Affiliates Program applications
- 31 October each year for all other applications. All applicants will be notified of outcomes by mid November at the latest
Your application should include:
- your Curriculum Vitae and official academic transcripts
- which projects interest you, from those listed below
- dates of your proposed period of stay
As ITR has a limited number of places available for work experience, preference will be given to students who:
- have an outstanding academic record
- have demonstrated an interest in undertaking a postgraduate research degree in telecommunications.
Students will be paid AUD$300 per week for the duration of their Work Experience.
