There are a number of different mechanisms for engaging ITR to achieve improved outcomes for your organisation. These range from simple, small fee-for-service consultancies through to multi-partner large development projects. ITR can put together a team of specialists to meet your technical needs, and provide the management to ensure that you receive what you want, when you want it. ITR also has demonstrated success in the commercialisation of its outcomes.
Intellectual property
Intellectual property and its treatment on projects is an important consideration for both clients and ITR. There are a number of models that exist, and we can tailor a solution that meets all parties' needs when putting the project together. We are committed to providing excellent value for money in the provision of our services and intellectual capital.
With over 70% of our activities involving interaction with external clients, ITR has a dedicated Business Manager whose role is to ensure that your needs are met in relation to the project definition and proposal, the contract, and ongoing client liaison. His role also includes working with you to identify any potential funding sources that may be available to assist.
